ContraBrand Return Policy
Reasons for returns:
1. Wrong item shipped per your order
2. Wrong size shipped per your order
3. Wrong color shipped per your order
All returns must be authorized:
- To receive authorization for a return, you must contact customer service at orders@getcontrabrand.com to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#). If authorized, all items must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags must still be attached. Also include a copy of invoice with the RA# written on it.
- You must notify us within 5 business days of receiving the product for any return (wrong item, wrong size, wrong color shipped per your order) to qualify for a return. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we cannot authorize your return.
- Once you receive your RA#, you must ship the item(s) back within 10 business days. After the 10 days RA# number will become null and void.
- We do not refund shipping costs on returns and/or exchanges.

Shipping
Applicable taxes or shipping and handling charges are not included in the product prices, but such charges will be added to your invoice and will be visible at Check Out before you complete your purchase.
Please keep in mind that our shipping partners (UPS) are closed on weekends and national holidays. We use UPS Ground for Standard Shipping.
